Warranty Information
Unboxmall provides the following warranty information for most products to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. For exceptions, please review the warranty exemptions and notes below.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Customers should contact our Customer Service within 7 days upon receipt of goods for DOA issues.

If the outer packing is broken or damaged:
- Immediately file a case with the courier company and obtain a confirmation with a paper proof and stamp.
- Send us pictures of the received items/package with detailed information describing the issue, along with the paper proof and case number.
- After verifying the information, we will provide a replacement or a full refund based on your preference. This applies if the outer packing is intact but the item is not working.

For missing items, wrong items, or incorrect packages:
- Check the contents and weight of the parcel before signing for it. If there are any issues, contact Customer Service with the following details:
- Email us with your order number and product code (SKU number).
- Provide clear pictures of the outer packaging, shipping label, package weight, and the item received.

7-14 Days Disliked Item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand-new condition, you can return it for a refund. Please note that customers are responsible for all the shipping fee and service charge. We will either provide a replacement or a refund (excluding shipping fees and service charge) after receiving the returned item.
One Year Repair Warranty
Unboxmall offers a 1-year warranty starting from the date you receive the goods. Free repairs need to be confirmed with the manufacturer through Customer Service. Note that this warranty does not cover motherboards, batteries, or screens. Customers must cover the return shipping costs, while Unboxmall will pay for the shipping of the repaired item back to the customer.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse are not covered by this guarantee.
Repairs due to artificial damage are not covered by the warranty. However, customers can return the item at their own cost and pay for the repair.
Warranty Exemptions and Notes

Natural product degradation from wear and tear, and damage during use, are the customer's responsibility and not covered by our warranties.

Warranty is void if the customer:
- Opens the device in an attempt to fix it
- Modifies, removes, customizes, or swaps parts
- Uses the device for purposes other than intended
- Continues using the item after a fault causes additional damage
- Fails to contact us when the problem first occurs

All returns must be authorized by Unboxmall's Support Team. Refer to the "How to Request Warranty" section below. Unboxmall reserves the right to refuse compensation for incomplete warranty requests, unauthorized returns, incorrect items, or empty packages.

Returns will be inspected by our technical team. If the item cannot be repaired, Unboxmall will offer an alternative solution.
Special Notes:
- The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and non-refundable, except in 7-day DOA situations.
- Customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs during the return of items. These fees will be deducted from your authorized refund amount.
- Unboxmall will resend items via Flat Rate Shipping by default. If a faster shipping method is preferred, the relevant shipping fee will apply.
- For misuse cases, all repair, accessory, and shipping fees (both ways) are the customer's responsibility and at their own expense.
How to Request Warranty (Return, Repair, and Refund)
Please submit a Ticket to our Customer Service (Email: support@unboxmall.com) with the following information:
- Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Include your full order number and product code (SKU number).
- Describe any steps you have taken to resolve the issue.
- Provide clear photos or videos (via email) showing the defects, taken in good lighting.
Our After-sales team will review your case and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
Other Special Product Warranties
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Items
If the product arrives broken, please contact us within 7 days and follow the 7 Days Product Guarantee.
Unsatisfactory Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping fees) or an exchange. Shipping fees both ways are the customer’s responsibility if the return reason is not due to our mistake. Ensure the item is returned with its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Local Maintenance
For units that may have parts wear out rather than a complete defect, we recommend changing or repairing inner parts yourself under our professional guidance. If necessary, open the shell and take photos or videos to determine the problem, which will not affect the warranty. If a motorbike repair shop is available locally, request a quotation and inform us before proceeding with repairs. We will cover repair costs only if they are less than 20% of the product's price and below the total.
Returns and Compensation Process
For after-sales issues, contact Customer Service directly for a solution. Processing times are as follows:

Exchanges: 2 -7 business days after receiving the returned item, depending on stock availability.

Refunds: 3 - 6 business days to process after receiving the returned item. Refund times depend on the payment method:
- PayPal: Up to 48 hours
- Credit Card: 7-14 business days, depending on your credit card company

Repairs: 15-45 business days, depending on the item and availability of spare parts.
