Product Warranty
At Unboxmall, we guarantee the quality of all our products, ensuring they match the descriptions provided. Our suppliers are carefully vetted, and our in-house quality control team inspects every item before shipping.
Warranties begin on the day you receive your product. If an issue arises during the warranty period, contact our customer service for repair arrangements. You are responsible for return shipping, but Unboxmall covers the cost of sending the repaired item back.
Warranty Coverage
- 12-month Manufacturer's Repair Warranty for defective items, excluding damage from misuse or logistics.
- Categories with warranty: LEDs, flashlights, electronics, computers, cameras, car accessories, musical instruments, and beauty gadgets.
- Categories with no warranty: Jewelry, wallpapers, paintings, textiles, and RC models.
- Sports accessories typically have a 2-month warranty.
Defective items must be reported within the warranty period and returned in original packaging, if possible. Items with expired warranties are not eligible for repair or replacement.
Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. Exceptions apply to certain items like unsealed hygiene products, custom-made goods, or digital content. Return the product in original condition, and ensure the cancellation request is sent within the 14-day period.
Pre-Shipment Quality Check
All items are inspected by our QC team before dispatch. If a product is found defective, it is returned to the supplier.
Damaged on Arrival
If an item arrives damaged, notify the courier and file a complaint. Contact Unboxmall with your order details and photos of the damage. We’ll assist in seeking compensation from the courier and may ask you to return the damaged product.
Post-Warranty Issues
If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, provide photos or videos of the defect and contact us. Depending on the case, we may offer a refund or replacement. Shipping fees for returns are the customer's responsibility.
Warranty Exemptions
Wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications void the warranty. All returns require prior authorization from Unboxmall’s support team. Unauthorized returns or sending incorrect/empty packages will not be compensated.
